Blacktown Arts is pleased to announce the successful applicants of Blacktown Shorts. Blacktown Shorts is a new western Sydney film festival, delivered as part of Blacktown Arts’ upcoming Magnify 2019 festival.

To celebrate National Volunteer Week, we interviewed three of our wonderful volunteers at the Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre to hear more about their experience volunteering with us.

Jenny Bisset, Manager Arts & Cultural Development at Blacktown City Council, is leaving our team after fourteen years. We wish Jenny all the best for her future endeavours and thank her for all her incredible work.

Blacktown City is developing the Blacktown City Social Profile 2020 – a key guide for Council to better understand and respond to our community’s needs and aspirations.
