An innovative multi-arts hub in the heart of Blacktown City, a short walk from Blacktown Station and Westpoint Shopping Centre.
Originally a church, the Centre features a multi-purpose performance studio, 2 gallery spaces, a dedicated making space, multi-use outdoor spaces and a weaving garden.
General admission is free.

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an 8-minute walk away from Blacktown Station and Blacktown bus interchange.
Limited free parking is available in The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre car park, accessible via Campbell Street, including 1 accessible parking space.
There is free all-day and 3-hour parking at Colo Lane car park and free 3-hour parking at the Warrick Lane precinct car park.
Free 2-hour and 4-hour parking is also available in the Kmart car park off Flushcombe Rd.
On weekends, free all day parking is also available in the Council Civic Centre car park, accessible via Campbell Street next to Bowman Hall.
The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre offers level access and space for wheelchairs in all public areas. Access to The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is accessible by ground on Flushcombe Road and accessible via ramp from Campbell Street and the Centre car park.
The Centre welcomes visitors in wheelchairs and their guests for all performances and events. Please let Blacktown Arts staff know of any access requirements ahead of your visit so we can ensure you are looked after.
