Saturday | 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday | Closed

All are welcome and entry is free

COVID-19 safety measures

To keep our visitors and staff safe, we are following NSW Health guidelines and we are legally obligated to collect information that would assist in COVID-19 tracing. Therefore, we kindly ask that when you come to our Centre, you register your visit at the front desk by providing your name, phone number and/or email address.

Your health is important and we appreciate your cooperation.

Children under 12 are exempt but are encouraged to wear masks where practicable.

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is located in Blacktown, Sydney, and is easily accessible by public transport. The Arts Centre is a short walk from Blacktown train station.

Free parking is available via the Campbell St entrance to the Arts Centre. On Saturdays, free parking is available in the Council carpark, accessible via Campbell St next to Bowman Hall. Parking is also available in the Kmart carpark on Flushcombe Rd across from the Arts Centre.


All public areas of the Arts Centre (Galleries, Performance Studio, Workshop Studio, and deck with seating) are physically accessible. There is one dedicated accessible parking space in the carpark at the Campbell St entry to the Arts Centre.
