Magnify: Live Arts application Form

Please read the Magnify: Live Arts Guidelines before you apply.

You can apply by video if writing is not the best way for you to share your ideas.

If you submit a video application:

• answer all questions in Parts 3 and 4
• upload your video link in Part 5
• keep your video under 5 minutes.

We welcome applications from creatives who are D/deaf, neurodivergent, with lived experience of disability and/or access requirements.

You can save your application and finish it later.

Applications close: Monday 29 June, 11:59 pm, 2026

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble submitting your application:

• scroll through the form and make sure everything including checkboxes with a * field has been completed
• ensure any links and contact information are correct.
