Mount Druitt Press Conference

by beth sorensen

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre
Wednesday 25 May, 6 pm – 8 pm
Free admission

FUNPARK and Blacktown Arts invite you to a deep and inspiring conversation led by Mount Druitt’s future leaders at this special edition of The Mount Druitt Press Conference.

Over the last two years, FUNPARK have presented three live conversations with young diverse people from Mount Druitt. Through these conversations, prominent issues impacting local youth such as education, stigma, cultural barriers and violence have been unpacked and discussed through panel discussions, conversations and audience engagement.

FUNPARK invites you to be part of the conversation, and the solution, this coming May in Blacktown.

FUNPARK is proudly presented by the FUNPARK Coalition: Bidwill Uniting, Blacktown Arts, CuriousWorks and PYT Fairfield.

FUNPARK has been generously supported by the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, the NSW Government through Create NSW, COMPACT through Multicultural NSW and the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
