We place Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and communities at the heart of our program to develop new work drawing on issues of local and global significance.
The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an innovative multi-arts hub located in the heart of Blacktown, a short walk from the railway station.

Every picture tells a story, and we want to know yours.
You’re invited to share the story behind your favourite picture during this two-part workshop and you immortalise your memory into a ceramic tile artwork.
Part one of the workshop will see you work with local artists Mike Moore and Jeff Lees from Highlands Pottery to transfer your beloved image onto a ceramic tile. Part two will see you return one week later to bring the image to life with paint and colour.
