25 June | 10:00 am - 9 July | 5:00 pm
After our time in isolation, we want to celebrate the reopening of The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre by asking you to help select a new exhibition.
Over the past few months, we’ve spent some time looking through the Blacktown City Art Collection of over 300 objects and have narrowed down a shortlist of 51 artworks that we would like the public to select for an exhibition.
We’ll take the 25 most popular and exhibit them for a month in the Arts Centre’s main gallery. We’ll also interview artists and, restrictions permitting, offer tours of other Art Collection artworks in Council buildings.
Check out the Collection selection and cast your vote.
Voting will be open from 25 June – 9 July.
The selected artworks will be exhibited from July to August 2020.
