The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an innovative multi-arts hub located in the heart of Blacktown, a short walk from the railway station.

Blacktown Shorts Artist Talks

Blacktown Arts is thrilled to announce that the films from short film festival Blacktown Shorts will be screening at The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre.
Blacktown Shorts showcases the unique stories, places and people of our region through the lenses of 10 local filmmakers: Herbert Leota, Wayne Tunks, Lily Cheng, Sabina Giado, Thuy Nguyen, Gerard Cabellon, Ian Esky, Colin Kinchela, Liam Campbell and Vonne Patiag. These films tell insightful stories about the west, in the west. A snapshot of the fashion industry in Blacktown, family dynamics and jealously, ghosts of St Bart’s and an intimate love letter to the Sri Lankan Muslim diaspora.
